Pfizer USA approached us in early 2017 and invited us to a competitive pitch to work with them on improving the above-brand component of their Healthcare Professionals Portal - a core tool in the engagement of HCPs with Pfizer.

Following the successful award of the work, Graphite began working with Pfizer US to understand and redefine the role of the Portal within the Pfizer marketing mix, to understand the value generated for users and the business, and to develop a strategy to improve the performance of the Portal over the rest of the year.
