As Global Client Engagement Lead at Graphite, Latief drives growth and strategic new business initiatives, using his deep knowledge of the health and pharma space to build strong relationships and understand client needs. He works closely with teams across the agency to shape solutions that create positive, measurable outcomes for clients and the audiences they serve.

Latief has a strong understanding of the pressures facing digital leaders in pharma and healthcare. Whether someone is working in customer experience, medical, marketing, digital, commercial or patient engagement, he’s skilled at uncovering their priorities and identifying how we can best support them.

With 17 years of experience in business development, sales and account management, Latief has led successful client partnerships across a wide range of therapeutic areas and drug phases. His previous roles at Angsana Business Consulting and Manifest saw him build lasting relationships and guide clients through complex challenges.

Outside of work, Latief finds joy in travelling and discovering new flavours from around the world with his young family by his side. His favourite moments are those spent around the dinner table, surrounded by friends and family, sharing laughter and good food. A passionate sports fan, he loves watching boxing, MMA, Formula 1, and golf.
