Rachael oversees operations at Graphite, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She manages a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment and onboarding, systems, documentation and office coordination, ensuring the business is well organised and supported. She is often the first person new starters meet, guiding them through their early days and helping them settle into the team.
She leads our company socials and events, helping to foster a positive and connected working culture, manages certification processes including B Corp, EcoVadis and ISO, and coordinates internal learning and knowledge-sharing programmes. Rachael is the person people turn to when something needs to be resolved, clarified or progressed.
Her approach is grounded in listening. She gathers input from across the team when shaping internal policies and ways of working, balancing compliance, consistency and people-centred practice. With experience across finance, HR, health and safety, asset management and data compliance, she brings a steady, thoughtful presence to every part of the business.
Outside of work, Rachael loves to spend time in the great outdoors. When she’s not travelling around Europe to cheer on her teenage son at cycling events, she enjoys long coastal dog walks with her border collie, and spending time with friends and family.
