Kate Arnill-Graham

As Delivery Lead at Graphite, Kate supports delivery and resourcing across our portfolio of health and pharma client projects, ensuring work is delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and with clarity. She supports and line manages our project managers, helping teams perform at their best while balancing quality, pace and commercial realities.

Kate brings more than ten years’ experience across project management and operations. She works closely with strategy, research, design and client service teams to shape realistic plans, contribute to scopes of work, and support business growth through clear timelines and costings. Her approach combines data-led decision making with empathy, creating space for teams to collaborate openly and address challenges early.

Before joining Graphite, Kate held senior project and operations roles across agencies, consultancies and international organisations. Her experience includes managing multi-million-pound budgets, leading distributed teams across multiple countries, and delivering work in regulated and complex environments.

Originally from Canada, Kate now lives on the south coast of the UK. Outside of work, she's an avid pianist and regularly treks up to Wales for hiking trips with her partner and her dog, Bruce.
