Simon leads strategic client partnerships at Graphite, working closely with health and pharma organisations to strengthen relationships, shape their transformation, and identify opportunities for long-term value and growth. His role is centred on helping clients connect business goals, customer needs and digital experience strategy in a way that is practical, collaborative and commercially grounded.
He brings more than 20 years of consultancy, business development and client leadership experience. Simon was a Principal at Blue Latitude, where he helped grow the consultancy from a team of three to more than 100 people before its acquisition by Fishawack Health, now Avalere Health. Simon has built and led strategic client partnership functions, supported major growth programmes, and worked across complex, high-value client relationships in healthcare.
Simon is particularly strong at creating alignment across teams, building trusted senior relationships, and helping organisations move from transactional delivery to more strategic, joined-up partnerships. At Graphite, he works across client service, strategy and growth to ensure we are delivering work that meets immediate needs while also supporting bigger digital ambitions.
Outside of work, Simon loves to travel and has been lucky in work and family life to enjoy some of the most incredible countries in the world. Simon has always been a runner and a rider - running marathons, triathlons and now trying and failing to keep up with his 14 year old son at Parkrun. He balances his addiction to chocolate with his 50k round trip bike commute to London - a critical part of keeping him sane and slim!
