Kerry leads the day-to-day running of the agency, making sure our teams are equipped, supported, and able to deliver consistently strong work for clients. She oversees the full client journey, from first interactions through to long-term relationships, ensuring every touchpoint feels clear, reliable, and valuable.
Her role centres on turning our company vision into clear expectations and confident delivery. Kerry works closely with team leads to set goals, strengthen capability, and keep performance standards high. She focuses on refining processes, improving communication, and creating a structure where people understand what’s expected of them and how their work contributes to client satisfaction.
Kerry’s career has been rooted in agencies, with experience across client services, marketing, operations and consultancy. She has worked with a wide range of leadership teams and business models, giving her a practical view of what helps teams perform well and where things can be simplified or strengthened.
Outside of work, Kerry prioritises health and wellbeing and spends as much time as she can outdoors or travelling. She’s a regular at yoga, HIIT sessions and cold water swims, and is often found singing along at music festivals with friends - with 80s music always at the top of the request list.
