Amanda Hancox

Amanda oversees the financial health and operational stability of the business, making sure the foundations are in place for the team to work confidently and efficiently. She provides clear reporting and practical insight that support decision making across the senior team, and she continually reviews systems and processes to ensure they scale as the business grows.

Her role blends financial stewardship with operational leadership. Amanda manages budgets, forecasting and cash flow, and translates performance data into straightforward information that helps people understand what’s working well and where changes are needed. She works closely with the wider leadership team to balance investment with efficiency, assess commercial risk, and align financial and operational decisions with long-term priorities.

Before joining Graphite, Amanda spent more than 20 years working in finance and ran her own consultancy, helping agencies strengthen their financial strategy, streamline operations and remove friction from everyday workflows.

Outside of work, Amanda is happiest outdoors. She spends her time mountain biking, hiking and climbing, exploring new places, or heading out on long walks with her cavapoo, Albie.
