Designing for different audiences: HCPs, patients, investors

Designing a website for Indivi meant balancing the needs of three very different audiences: patients, healthcare professionals, and investors. Each group interacts with Indivi in unique ways, so we tailored the experience to meet their expectations.

For healthcare professionals, we prioritised clear, actionable information to help them understand the potential of Indivi’s biomarkers in drug development. For patients, the site provides a welcoming and accessible experience that makes complex topics easier to grasp. And for investors, it showcases Indivi’s cutting-edge innovation and growth potential, building trust and excitement.

By putting user needs at the heart of the design process, we created a site that speaks to everyone while maintaining a unified brand story. The result is a digital hub that connects all audiences to Indivi’s mission to transform neurological research and care.
